Vacuum Lube Oil Purifier for Industrial Oil Dewater Process 600LPH

REXON Series TYA vacuum lube oil purifier is used for purifying any industrial lube oils. The machine takes vacuum dehydration system (remove emulsified water) and 3 stages filters to remove out the impurities, and another coalescing-separation filter (remove large quantity of water fast) together to remove all contaminants from the used oil completely and purify oil, clean oil. After treatment, the final oil's parameter and quality will be improved and comes out very closely to new oil's standard.

Our TYA vacuum oil purifier takes vacuum dehydration system (remove emulsified water, moisture completely) and 3 stages filters, and another coalescing-separation filter (remove large quantity of water/moisture) together. It can remove out the impurities, tiny particles and water/moisture, gas/air all contaminants from the used oil completely to purify oil and clean oil. After the treatment, the final oil's parameter and quality comes out very closely to new lube oil's standard. And it can be used again directly back to the engine systems/lubricating systems with good oil features.

And under a regular oil purification and cleaning processing treatment for your oil by our oil purifier machine, the oil will be always kept in a good condition without such water, particles contaminants. Oil's service time can be prolonged a lot to it's original lifetime, you don't need to buy new oil and replace used oil often, and save new oil cost a lot. Rexon TYA  Technical Introduction:

The function of our series TYA lubricating oil purifier is to remove all kinds of pollutants in lubricating oil, so that the oil becomes clean again and meets the standards for reuse like new oil.

The machine can completely remove all kinds of impurities, iron filings, sludge, dust, fine particles, visible water and trace water, and harmful gases in the used lubricating oils.

*Its working principle is to vacuum dehydrate and degas the oil while heating the oil to about 55~65ºC, which is allowed and has no harmful effect for oil. It simulates the environment of boiling water on a high-altitude mountain top. 
In an atmospheric pressure environment, we need to heat the water to 100ºC to boil water, while at high altitudes, we only need to heat the water to about 70~80 degrees. Therefore, our TYA oil purifier will provide a high vacuum environment (high negative pressure) for the oil, and then heat the oil to 55~65ºC only, then the visible water, trace water and gases in the oil can be evaporated completely. After the treatment, the moisture content in the oil can reach less than 100PPM (100 parts per million).

*At the same time, the machine adopts a three-stage impurity filtration system to remove large, medium and small particle impurities in the oil. After filtering through the three-stage filter elements, the particle contaminants in the oil can reach an accuracy of 1~5micron.

*In addition, the machine is equipped with advanced PLC automatic control technology and various monitoring devices, constant temperature heating control system, and high-capacity vacuum pump, which can greatly improve the working efficiency of the equipment and fully guarantee the safety of users using the machine.

Regularly filter and purify the lubricating oil, the life of the oil will be greatly extended, and no replacement will be required for many years. At the same time, it ensures the safe use of various engines, machinery, and industrial equipment. And greatly extends their service life.

Working process:
1. Oil Intake and Pre-Treatment
Oil enters the system: The inlet draws Contaminated oil into the purifier.
Preheating system: The oil passes through a heating system, typically using electric heating, to increase the temperature (usually between 55-65°C). This reduces viscosity and enhances the purification efficiency.
First-stage filtration (coarse filtration): The preheated oil passes through a coarse filter, which removes larger solid impurities, preventing damage to subsequent components.
2. Vacuum Separation System (Dehydration and Degassing)
Vacuum chamber function: The oil enters a vacuum chamber, where it forms an oil film or mist under negative pressure. This increases the contact area with the vacuum environment, accelerating the evaporation of water and gas.
Moisture and gas removal:
Low-temperature vacuum evaporation: Under vacuum conditions, moisture and dissolved gases evaporate at lower temperatures and are extracted by the vacuum pump.
Condensation and discharge: The separated water vapor is condensed and discharged, while the purified oil moves to the next stage.
3. Three-Stage Filtration System
Second-stage filtration (medium filtration): The oil passes through a finer filter that removes smaller particles and impurities.
Third-stage filtration (fine filtration): The final filtration stage removes ultra-fine particles, ensuring the oil meets cleanliness standards
4. Purified Oil Output
After passing through the three-stage filtration, the purified oil is delivered back to the equipment or storage tank by the outlet pump, ensuring the oil's cleanliness, moisture content, and gas content meet operational requirements. This extends equipment service life and improves operational efficiency.
5. System Monitoring and Protection
The entire system is equipped with pressure gauges, temperature controllers, vacuum monitors, and other devices to monitor the operating status in real-time. If any abnormalities occur (such as filter blockage, overheating, or insufficient vacuum), the system will automatically alarm or shut down to ensure safe operation.
