Our ZYD Series Transformer Oil Filter Machine Functions:

1. Remove trace moisture from oil. The overall water content of the treated oil can be below 3 PPM.

2. Remove gas from oil. The gas content limit of the treated oil can be below 1%.

3. Remove solid particles from oil. Control oil cleanliness, can reach NAS level 5 or higher.

4. On-site oil treatment of transformers and vacuum drying of electrical equipment.

5. On-site hot oil circulation drying of transformers.

6. After the oil is processed, the purifier can be used for vacuum oiling of 20-60 m³transformers.
