REXON Strong Vacuum Dehydrating Transformer Oil Purifier, series high- efficiency double stage vacuum oil purifier is a typical product, develop and produced by REXON Co. as especial equipment for dehydration, degassing, purification process of various kind of insulation oils in electrical transformers and circuit breakers etc,. it is designed on vacuum drying principle, accurate fine filtration and other modern technique. REXON ZYD-250 Transformer Oil Purifier Machine is a machine for power plant and substation that specializes in the vacuum filtration of transformer oil. The machine can go out of the water, gas, impurities and other pollutants in the transformer oil, so that the oil can reach the qualified index and can be used in the transformer. Also it can inject the insulating oil into the transformers on-line. The ZYD system provides regular oil purification such as degassing, drying and particulate removal but also can remove acidity, sludge, other soluble oil decay products and discoloration.

1. Especially for removing water from transformer oil, such as free water, trace water and so on by the double stage vacuum system for high voltage oil.

2. Remove gas, air content from the old high voltage transformer oil by vacuum degassing system.

3. Remove impurities, tiny particles, acidity, sludge, free carbon, other soluble oil decay products and discoloration substances by 3 stages of filters (Primary filter, secondary filter, fine filter).

4. Independent vacuum oiling system for transformers, this oil purifier can also vacuum dry transformer and on-line operation with transformers.

5. Designed for processing high voltage insulating oils in workshops, onsite power stations, purifying oil in oil storage tanks or directly in transformers(energized or de-energized transformers).

6. Efficient electric heating system, heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.
7. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system and foaming detecting and eliminating to ensure machine operation easily and safely.

8.Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping.

Working process:
1. Oil Intake and Pre-Treatment
Oil enters the system: The inlet draws Contaminated oil into the purifier.
Preheating system: The oil passes through a heating system, typically using electric heating, to increase the temperature (usually between 55-65°C). This reduces viscosity and enhances the purification efficiency.
First-stage filtration (coarse filtration): The preheated oil passes through a coarse filter, which removes larger solid impurities, preventing damage to subsequent components.
2. Vacuum Separation System (Dehydration and Degassing)
Vacuum chamber function: The oil enters a vacuum chamber, where it forms an oil film or mist under negative pressure. This increases the contact area with the vacuum environment, accelerating the evaporation of water and gas.
Moisture and gas removal:
Low-temperature vacuum evaporation: Under vacuum conditions, moisture and dissolved gases evaporate at lower temperatures and are extracted by the vacuum pump.
Condensation and discharge: The separated water vapor is condensed and discharged, while the purified oil moves to the next stage.
3. Three-Stage Filtration System
Second-stage filtration (medium filtration): The oil passes through a finer filter that removes smaller particles and impurities.
Third-stage filtration (fine filtration): The final filtration stage removes ultra-fine particles, ensuring the oil meets cleanliness standards
4. Purified Oil Output
After passing through the three-stage filtration, the purified oil is delivered back to the equipment or storage tank by the outlet pump, ensuring the oil's cleanliness, moisture content, and gas content meet operational requirements. This extends equipment service life and improves operational efficiency.
5. System Monitoring and Protection
The entire system is equipped with pressure gauges, temperature controllers, vacuum monitors, and other devices to monitor the operating status in real-time. If any abnormalities occur (such as filter blockage, overheating, or insufficient vacuum), the system will automatically alarm or shut down to ensure safe operation.
