The ZYD-M trailer mounted mobile type double-stage vacuum transformer oil filtration machine/ oil purification/ oil treatment/ oil recondition system is designed for the following applications:
1. This transformer oil filtration machine is mainly used for purifying the insulating oil, transformer oil, mutual oil, switch oil, dielectric oil and so on.
2. This transformer oil purifier machine adopts the double stages vacuum system, which can improve the machine working vacuum value highly, so it can remove the water, free water, trace water, gas and impurities in the contaminated transformer oil high-efficiently.
3. This transformer oil filtration plant brings degassing, dehydration and removing impurities out of transformer oil fast and completely.
4. This transformer oil filtration system can also remove the acidity, sludge, free carbon, other soluble oil decay products and discoloration.
5. This transformer oil treatment plant can increase and maintain the oil's dielectric strength higher than 75KV, and insure the electrical devices running safely.
6. This transformer oil recondition machine can vacuum oiling to transformers, vacuum dry transformers and on-line operation with transformers.
