Features:

Working process:
1. Oil Intake and Pre-Treatment
Oil enters the system: The inlet draws Contaminated oil into the purifier.
Preheating system: The oil passes through a heating system, typically using electric heating, to increase the temperature (usually between 55-65°C). This reduces viscosity and enhances the purification efficiency.
First-stage filtration (coarse filtration): The preheated oil passes through a coarse filter, which removes larger solid impurities, preventing damage to subsequent components.
2. Vacuum Separation System (Dehydration and Degassing)
Vacuum chamber function: The oil enters a vacuum chamber, where it forms an oil film or mist under negative pressure. This increases the contact area with the vacuum environment, accelerating the evaporation of water and gas.
Moisture and gas removal:
Low-temperature vacuum evaporation: Under vacuum conditions, moisture and dissolved gases evaporate at lower temperatures and are extracted by the vacuum pump.
Condensation and discharge: The separated water vapor is condensed and discharged, while the purified oil moves to the next stage.
3. Three-Stage Filtration System
Second-stage filtration (medium filtration): The oil passes through a finer filter that removes smaller particles and impurities.
Third-stage filtration (fine filtration): The final filtration stage removes ultra-fine particles, ensuring the oil meets cleanliness standards
4. Purified Oil Output
After passing through the three-stage filtration, the purified oil is delivered back to the equipment or storage tank by the outlet pump, ensuring the oil's cleanliness, moisture content, and gas content meet operational requirements. This extends equipment service life and improves operational efficiency.
5. System Monitoring and Protection
The entire system is equipped with pressure gauges, temperature controllers, vacuum monitors, and other devices to monitor the operating status in real-time. If any abnormalities occur (such as filter blockage, overheating, or insufficient vacuum), the system will automatically alarm or shut down to ensure safe operation.
