Application:
Rexon 9000Liters/Hour Dielectric Oil Recycling Machine is a big capacity insulation oil regeneration plant, which  is a combination of a high vacuum oil dehydrating and degassing system, a powerful filtering system, and an oil regeneration system. It is especially used for purifying and regenerating used transformer oil with acidity, impurities, moisture, air and bad color. This oil regeneration purifier takes silica gel regeneration filters to regenerate used transformer oil to be new and pure color. It can remove acidity and free carbons completely from old oil, and eliminate moisture and gas from oil thoroughly. Also it can inject the insulating oil into the transformers on-line. regenerate the seriously deteriorated oil by removing the polarity materials. This machine is specially applied to vacuum filling oil and drying for power transmission equipments that are over 110KV.

Features:
1. This machine is high effective and portable, which is very suit to operate on line. Also it can be used to dry the electric equipment and input the oil into the electric equipment under the vacuum state.
2.The machine adopts the double-infrared liquid automatic controller, sensitive automatic pressure protector and the high effective equipment for degas, so it is easy to operate.
3. High vacuum limiting vacuum less than 5pa, working vacuum less than 35pa.

5. Duplex 3D stereo-evaporation technology, eliminating the liquid water very effectively.

And it can be used as an independent vacuum resource plant to vacuuming transformers high efficiently.
