REXON Hydraulic Oil Cleaning Machine is applied to recover and purify contaminated hydraulic oil which is used as lube oil, mechanical oil, coolant oil, gear oil, heat treatment oil and so on. REXON Vacuum Hydraulic Oil Purification Machine can fastly remove all contamination like moisture, partilces, air etc from used hydralic oil, and make oil to be new oil standard, and can be used again.
Our TYA Hydraulic Oil Cleaning Machine takes vacuum dehydration system (remove emulsified water, moisture completely) and 3 stages filters, and another coalescing-separation filter (remove large quantity of water/moisture) together. It can remove out the impurities, tiny particles and water/moisture, gas/air all contaminants from the used oil completely to purify oil and clean oil. After the treatment, the final oil's parameter and quality comes out very closely to new lube oil's standard. And it can be used again directly back to the engine systems/lubricating systems with good oil features.
Under a regular oil purification and cleaning processing treatment for your oil by our oil purifier machine, the oil will be always kept in a good condition without such water, particles contaminants. Oil's service time can be prolonged a lot to it's original lifetime, you don't need to buy new oil and replace used oil often, and save new oil cost a lot. And at the same time, good oil can guarantee the lubricating systems/machinery working normally and also prolong their lifetime, so you don't need to worry any problems may happen caused by unqualified oil.

1.The machine adopt deeply and precisely FH rectangular filtering system and highly polymeric adsorbing material filter. So the machine haves strong ability to remove the impurity, which can filter the dirt particles completely.

4. The unique degas and dewater technology: Using the Stereo-Evaporation technical, which can separate the water and gas from the oil quickly by the Multi-level water-oil separation technology. It can remove the free and dissolved water from the oil thoroughly.
5. It has the back flush system, which can clear impurities automatically.
