REXON Portable Oil Purifier Oil Filling Machine JL-1B is a compact and efficient solution designed for on-site oil filtration and filling applications. It is composed of one-stage filtering element and high efficient oil delivery pump, which can fill oil tank fast.
It has a variety of models to choose from, with flow rates 10~300 litres/minute for option, heated or non-heated design, made of carbon steel or stainless steel material. It can be used for high-precision filling of various oils, such as transformer oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, diesel, light fuel, etc.

REXON Portable Oil Purifier Oil Filling Machine JL-1B is single stage oil purification but it is very portable and easy to move and equipped with trolley design, it is simple and easy to operate, very low price, and low consumption for spare parts. And it is no need of purification paper, and no contamination to the ground. It is a very portable oil filtering and oil delivery device for power industry, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, mechanics and railway, seagoing vessels. Also it is suitable on impurity removal of mutual inductor, lathe, and oil breaker which do not use large quantity of oil.
Device optional Mode
1. According to different movement modes, you can choose ordinary hand push type, portable type, and oil pan type.
2. According to different environmental requirements, you can choose to have a common type and explosion-proof type.
3. The pressure protection device can be set, and the overpressure automatic alarm shutdown can effectively prevent the safety hazard caused by high pressure or lack of phase.
