Application
REXON Auto Slagging Type Centrifugal Oil Separator Filtering System, High Viscosity Oil Purifier Series RCF-20 equip with three stage oil filter together which have strong capacity to remove high content of sludge, impurities from oil fast. It can deal with high content impurity and water in dirty oil, and the equipment takes automatic slagging system to discharge the large sludge and impurities online and high efficient. It is especially for used Lubricating oil, engine oil, heavy diesel oil, and other industrial oil purification processing, to make high efficient oil dehydration, oil dewatering, oil filtration and oil purification by centrifugal separation and multistage oil filtering.

In order to reduce the heating load of the plant, Rexon centrifugal oil filter unit uses heat recovery device for bigger models which processing capacity are bigger than 50Liters/Hour. The oil pump will pump out the hot oil and import cold oil for energy exchange, and heating efficiency will be increased by 50% or more.

REXON oil centrifuge separator machine operates based on the principle of centrifugal force to separate contaminants from the oil. So how it works? Please check below content.
1. Oil Intake: Waste oil is fed into the centrifuge, which contains various impurities such as water, metal particles, dirt, and sludge.
2. High-Speed Rotation: The centrifuge rotor spins at a high speed, generating a strong centrifugal force. This force causes the heavier contaminants (such as solids and water) to be thrown outward towards the walls of the centrifuge, while the lighter oil remains closer to the center.
3. Separation Process: Due to the difference in density, heavier particles and water separate from the oil. The contaminants accumulate on the outer walls of the centrifuge drum, while the clean oil stays in the middle.
4. Discharge of Clean Oil: The cleaned oil is collected and discharged through a separate outlet for reuse. Depending on the design, Almost all of our REXON centrifuges can automatically discharge the accumulated sludge and water, while others small models like RCF-1T(600~1000Liters/hour capacity)may require manual cleaning of the drum.
5. Continuous Operation: Many centrifuges are designed for continuous operation, allowing waste oil to be cleaned in real-time as it passes through the system, making the process efficient for large-scale industrial applications.
In summary, a waste oil centrifuge utilizes centrifugal force to separate oil from contaminants, improving the quality of the oil for reuse or further processing.

And the plant is using the "gradual density" filtration technology, the maximum filtration accuracy reaches to 0.5μm, β ≥ 1000, solid particle retention rate is up to 99.99%. Normally the primary filter's filtering accuracy is 5μm, secondary filter is 3μm, fine filter is 1μm.
Note: If the user has very high requirement on oil's moisture content and need to remove dissolved water completely, we recommend to use our another vacuum oil dehydration machine series TYA to make a deep oil dehydration and oil filtration after the treatment by series RCF equipment. TYA can quickly remove water from the oil high efficiently and eventually reduce the total water content to 15-30 PPM or less.
