Product Description

Introduction:

The SF6 Gas Reclaiming and Refilling Device is an essential equipment for reclaiming and treatment of SF6 gas in the manufacture, installations and maintenance of SF6 electrical apparatus.
This SF6 Gas Reclaiming and Refilling Device is developed by our Company according to standard JB/DQ2588-90 of the Ministry of Electro-Machano Industry and DL/T 662-2009<specification for SF6 gas refilling and recovery device>.Other than the essential functions of evacuation, gas refilling and reclaiming and storage.

It provides the following features as well:

1. With the adoption of the international advanced liquefied refrigeration theory in the design, the working pressure in the system is reduced, while the actual efficiency of reclaiming is enhanced.
2. With the provision of a self regenerative dry-type filter, the water content after primary reclaiming is less than 40 PPM by volume.
3. It is capable of filling liquefied SF6 gas into the steel cylinder.
4. The operation is simple and clear as the flow chart is drawn on the faceplate.
5. The 3-phases power main in the electric system is self affirmed and adjusted.
6. The whole device is to be air cooled and mobile, thus it can be operated at any site lack of water.
7. It has a compact configuration, with an overall dimension of 1970(L)×1100(W)×1630(H)
8. It's sound level is bellow 75db(A) and a weight of less than 1000Kg.

The Main Components and Advantages of The Recovery Unit GD-2290Y/300

(1) advanced design, complete functions, reasonable structure, simple and clear operation.
(2) compression system: SF6 sealed compressor, no leakage.
(3) double-stage rotary vane vacuum pump is adopted in the vacuum pumping system, which is equipped with an automatic oil return prevention device.
(4) the purification system adopts the principle filter of CKD company in Japan, and the filter adopts electric heating and high-efficiency adsorbent inside, so the purification effect is more significant (there is no need to change the adsorbent frequently).
(5) automatic confirmation of three-phase power supply and automatic protection of phase break in the electrical system of the device.
(6) the device control system adopts SF6 special valve with the latest technology
