ZYD-100 is a high cost performance unit with very good price, which uses the well-known Chinese brand JOYSUN vacuum pump and ZJP Roots vacuum pump/Booster as a powerful vacuum system to provide super high vacuum pressure for this equipment. ZYD-100 selects three-level UK APUREDA filter, the highest precision can reach 1micron, and adopts high-tech technology such as inlet and outlet oil automatic control system. The ZYD-100 also uses an electronic control system controlled by PLC. At the same time, ZYD-100 adopts high-efficiency 90KW heater, and the heater is divided into 3 groups, which can be used by customers.

REXON Fully Enclosed Type Vacuum Heating Treatment Transformer Oil Treatment Machine 6000LPH, Machine Transformer Oil Purification with Strong Vacuum Dehydration System is a vacuum oil filtration and oil purification system for unqualified transformer oil, insulation oil reconditioning. It is mainly used for power plant, power transmission and all power field to do on-site filtration work for transformer oil, insulating oil, dielectric oil, mutual oil, switch oil, and so on. The machine is especially for purifying the insulating oil in all kinds of large power equipment that are above 110KV, especially for the altitude is over 500-1000 meters.This Oil dehydration plant is very suitable for the large electric&insulation equipment and oil maintenance.

1. Double-stage vacuum system, strong power of vacuum evacuating, ultimate vacuum value ≤ 5Pa.
2. Big capacity of moisture ands gas separating chambers, efficient oil film sprayer, increasing separating size and separating time to ensure the dry-level and dielectric strength of oil improving greatly.
3. Duplex-Stereo film evaporation technology, combined with unique and advanced dewatering, degassing components, can rapidly and effectively separate water, gas from oil.
4. Multi-stage precision filtration system, mesh filtration combined with molecular adsorption technologies, which can purify oil high efficient and make oil highly pure.
5. Efficient electric heating system, heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.
6. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system and foaming elimination system to ensure machine operating easy and safely.
7. Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.
8. It can be operated both online and offline of transformers.
9. Can be used independent device for vacuuming transformers which are above 110KV and can vacuum oil filling for power equipment.
10. Can work online for 150 hours continuously, high reliable and long time running.
11. Can be installed by PLC programming control system to achieve machine working fully automatically.
