Product Description

Application:

REXON High Vacuum Degassing Transformer Oil Purification Machine 1000M³/PH is mainly used for the electric power department and industries to deal with transformer oil, mutual oil, switch oil, insulating oil, dielectric oil, and so on. The machine is especially for purifying the insulation oil in all kinds of large power equipment that is above 110 kV, especially for altitudes over 500-1000 meters. It can remove the free and dissolved water, gas, and particles from oil high-efficiently, increasing the pressure force and quality of oil, making sure the electric device runs safely. The dielectric value of treated oil is higher than 75~85kV. It is very suitable for the large electric and insulation equipment.

1. Double-stage vacuum system, strong power of vacuum evacuating, ultimate vacuum value ≤ 5Pa.
2. Big capacity of moisture and gas separating chambers, efficient oil film sprayer, increasing separating size and separating time to ensure the dry-level and dielectric strength of oil improve greatly.
3. Duplex-Stereo film evaporation technology, combined with unique and advanced dewatering, degassing components, can rapidly and effectively separate water, gas from oil.
4. Multi-stage precision filtration system, mesh filtration combined with molecular adsorption technologies, which can purify oil highly efficiently and make oil highly pure.
5. Efficient electric heating system, heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.
6. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system, and foaming elimination system to ensure the machine operates easily and safely.
7. Adopt an interlocked protective system, which connects the oil pump, heater, and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak, and electricity leak. If there is any fault, the machine will be powered off automatically.
8. It can be operated both online and offline on transformers.
9. Can be used independent device for vacuuming transformers which are above 110 kV and can vacuum oil filling for power equipment.
10. Can work online for 150 hours continuously, highly reliable and long-term running.
11. Can be installed by a PLC programming control system to achieve machine working fully automatically.

Working process:

1. Oil Intake & Pre-Heating
Contaminated oil is drawn into the system through the inlet.
The oil passes through a coarse filter to remove large particles.
Then, the oil is heated to 55-65°C, reducing viscosity and improving purification efficiency.

 2. Vacuum Dehydration & Degassing
The heated oil enters a vacuum chamber, where it forms a thin film or mist.
Under high vacuum, moisture and gases evaporate rapidly.
The vapor is condensed and discharged, while clean oil moves forward.

 3. Multi-Stage Filtration
The second-stage filter removes medium-sized particles.
Third-stage (fine) filter eliminates ultra-fine contaminants.
Ensures the oil meets cleanliness standards.

4. Clean Oil Delivery
The purified oil is discharged by the outlet pump into the transformer or tank.
Final oil meets the required standards of moisture, gas, and particle content, extending equipment life and improving reliability.

5. Intelligent Monitoring & Safety Protection
The system includes pressure gauges, temperature controllers, vacuum meters, and automatic alarms.
It monitors operating status in real-time.
If any fault occurs (overheating, filter blockage, etc.), the system will alarm or shut down automatically to ensure safety.
