Rexon Hydraulic Oil Purification Machine is especially for purifying contaminated and unqualified hydraulic oil, which contains more water, mechanical particles, scrap iron, varnish and so on, these harmful matters will effect hydraulic oil property badly and makes oil in poor quality, and perform a poor transfer function for hydraulic system. This unit can deal with all different kinds of hydraulic oil from widely application in petroleum, chemical, mining, metallurgy, electric power, transportation, machinery manufacturing, railway etc.

REXON TYA Hydraulic Oil Purification Machine with Vacuum Oil Dehydration System and Fine Filter Treatment vacuum oil purifier takes vacuum dehydration system (remove emulsified water, moisture completely) and 3 stages filters, and another coalescing-separation filter (remove large quantity of water/moisture) together. It can remove out the impurities, tiny particles and water/moisture, gas/air all contaminants from the used oil completely to purify oil and clean oil. After the treatment, the final oil's parameter and quality comes out very closely to new lube oil's standard. And it can be used again directly back to the engine systems/lubricating systems with good oil features.

Under a regular oil purification and cleaning processing treatment for your oil by our oil purifier machine, the oil will be always kept in a good condition without such water, particles contaminants. Oil's service time can be prolonged a lot to it's original lifetime, you don't need to buy new oil and replace used oil often, and save new oil cost a lot. And at the same time, good oil can guarantee the lubricating systems/machinery working normally and also prolong their lifetime, so you don't need to worry any problems may happen caused by unqualified oil.

Its main functions are as follows:
I. Remove moisture
The hydraulic oil vacuum filter can effectively remove free water, emulsified water, and dissolved water in the oil through vacuum dehydration technology, preventing moisture from corroding and affecting hydraulic systems and equipment.
II. Remove impurities
The equipment has a built-in multi-stage filtration system, which can effectively filter out solid particle impurities in the oil, prevent hydraulic oil from contaminating equipment components, and extend the service life of the equipment.
III. Remove gas
The vacuum separation device can remove dissolved gas (such as air, carbon dioxide, etc.) in the oil, improve the lubrication performance of the oil, and reduce the risk of cavitation in the system.
V. Improve oil performance
Reduce acidic substances and oxides in the oil, improve the antioxidant capacity and service life of the oil, thereby maintaining the stability of the hydraulic system.
VI. Remove emulsification
For contaminated hydraulic oil, the vacuum filter can eliminate emulsification and restore the oil to clarity and transparency.
VII. Cost saving
The purified oil can be reused, reducing the amount of waste oil to be processed and the cost of purchasing new oil.

1.The machine adopt deeply and precisely FH rectangular filtering system and highly polymeric adsorbing material filter. So the machine haves strong ability to remove the impurity, which can filter the dirt particles completely.

3. The combination of coalescing separation filter and vacuum dewater system which dewatering effectively and thoroughly.
4. The unique degas and dewater technology: Using the Stereo-Evaporation technical, which can separate the water and gas from the oil quickly by the Multi-level water-oil separation technology. It can remove the free and dissolved water from the oil thoroughly.
5. It has the back flush system, which can clear impurities automatically.
6. Strong capability of breaking emulsification.
7. Advanced dielectric condensation device
8. This machine installs the new pressure protector, which can control the temperature automatically; also it can drain water on line by the water-separator device. So it is easy to control this machine.
9. The all electric motor is Anti-explosion. The Explosion proof grade is DIIBT4.
10. Adopt Double-infrared fluid level auto-control systems which can control oil inlet and oil outlet automatic.
11. Adopt a trinity of interlocked preventive device.
