REXON PLC Fully Automatic Vacuum Lube Oil Purifier TYA is special for purifying all kinds of unqualified lubricating oil such as the hydraulic oil, mechanical oil, coolant oil, gear oil, and heat treatment oil and so on. According to the lubricating oil's nature, REXON TYA vacuum oil filter machine can rapidly remove water, gas, particulate matters and impurities from contaminated lubrication oil, so to refresh lubrication oil and guarantee oil qualified and standard parameter, so to guarantee lubricating system of machine to work properly and prolong lifetime of machinery. And at the same time, the oil can be used again and again under a periodical purification process, so to save new oil replacement cost.

REXON PLC Fully Automatic Lube Oil Purifier Free can rapidly separate free water from oil, and make a deep oil dehydration process to oil. Besides removing water, it can eliminate other contamination from oil like air, gas, particles and volatile matter (such as alcohol, gasoline, ammonia, etc.) from oil, restoring oil viscosity, flash point and performance. The treated oil can reuse again in various industrial equipments.
In addition, the PLC fully automatic operation system make the machine more intelligent and convenient to operation, such as set machine parameters on the screen, including heating temperature, running time, oil moisture data, fault record, etc. And also can operate the equipment fully automatically through one-touch operation, save manpower and time.
