Funcations: 

1. Remove trace moisture from oil. The overall water content of the treated oil can be below 3 PPM.
2. Remove gas from oil. The gas content limit of the treated oil can be below 0.1%.
3. Remove solid particles from oil. Control oil cleanliness can reach NAS level 5 or higher.
4. Doing transformer evacuating at the same time when the plant is doing oil filtration work.
5. On-site oil treatment of transformers and vacuum drying, evacuating of electrical equipment.
6. On-site hot oil circulation drying of transformers.
7. After the oil is processed, the oil purification system can be used for vacuum oiling of 20-60 m³transformers. And big models can do more.

Detailed Introduction For REXON Transformer Oil Purifier:
REXON Transformer Oil Purification System (Series ZYD) is specially used for on-site transformer oil filtration, transformer evacuation, and oil filling for transformers and oil tanks. This oil filtration equipment can completely filter and regenerate used and new insulating oil in energized or de-energized transformers even when transformer power is above 110KV and altitude is over 500 meters, as well as the mutual inductor oil, switch oil, and so on. REXON Series ZYD oil filtration machine also can evacuate transformers with super high efficiency as an independent vacuum pumping system.

Working Principle:
When the machine starts working, the transformer oil will be injected into the primary filter under high vacuum pressure, then the primary filter will remove the big impurities from the oil for the first stage of filtering, after that, the oil will flow into the heaters for thermostatically heating process, and next, the heated oil will enter into the vacuum separator for deep oil dehydration and degassing, and the vapor will be separated from the oil and refrigerate to water to be discharged finally through the water receiver, and dehydrated oil will enter into the secondary filter for second stage filtering process to deal with the medium size particles, after that, the oil will enter into the fine filter, which will remove the tiny particles completely from oil as last procedure. Finally, pure cleaning oil is obtained.
