Why Need Transformer Oil Purifier:
There are contaminants in transformer oil as following:

Detail Description:
ZYD-100 oil purifier is applied to process transformer oil and insulating oil from power plant, power station, electric power company, power transmission equipment, transformers, industrial and mining enterprises, especially suitable for on-site installation, maintenance and purifying high level new oil, or running oil from big power transmission and distribution equipment and transformers on national main power transformation grid, which is above 110-750KV. It can shorten the oil treatment period for transformer installation and maintenance.

Transformer Substation Used Insulation Oil Filtration Machine 6000LPH, Besides dewatering, degassing and eliminating impurities from transformer oil, this oil regeneration machine can regenerate the seriously deteriorated oil by removing the polarity materials, such as the deep oxides, free carbon in the oil effectively.

Transformer Substation Used Insulation Oil Filtration Machine 6000LPH can deal with all different grade KV oil. For both low voltage oil and high voltage oil, it can perform a very high efficient oil purification, oil filtration and oil regeneration work. All insulating oil like used transformer oil, mutual inductor oil, switch oil and so on can be totally regenerated from oil to be new by our series ZYD plant. As an important on-site transformer oil cleaning and transformer maintenance system, this plant can inject oil into the transformers on-line too. And it can be used as an independent vacuum resource plant to vacuuming transformers high efficiently.
