Product Description

Why lubricating oil needs regular filtration and maintenance?
During the use of lubricating oil, foreign matter may be generated due to pressure, friction, environmental factors, and other reasons. This foreign matter acts as a catalyst for oil oxidation, forming free insoluble oil substances and causing oil pollution. As the pollution intensifies, the viscosity and acidity of the oil change, the water content increases, and the colour of the oil changes, which in turn causes equipment failure and requires oil replacement. The contaminated oil remaining in the equipment circulation system mixes with the new oil. It acts as an oxidation catalyzer, which will accelerate the pollution rate of the oil and reduce the use time of the new oil. Therefore, to prevent oil pollution and extend the service life of the oil, the pollutants and oxides formed in the oil must be quickly removed.

Product Function
REXON TYA series lubricating oil filter is a device used to clean and maintain the quality of lubricating oil. It is mainly used in industrial equipment, automobile engines, generator sets and other mechanical systems that require lubricating oil. Its main functions include:

Filter impurities: The lubricating oil filter removes solid particles, metal chips, dust and other impurities from the lubricating oil through various filter elements or filter media. This helps to maintain the purity of the lubricating oil and improve the operating efficiency and life of the equipment.

Remove moisture: Some oil filters also have the function of removing moisture from the lubricating oil. Moisture may cause the lubricating oil to deteriorate in performance and even cause corrosion or damage.

Restore lubricating oil quality: The oil filter can restore the performance of the lubricating oil so that it can continue to provide good lubrication, thereby reducing friction and wear of the equipment.

Extend the service life of lubricating oil: Through continuous filtering and cleaning, the oil filter can extend the service life of the lubricating oil and reduce the frequency of lubricating oil replacement, thereby reducing maintenance costs.
