REXON Portable Small Type Oil Purifier can effectively and efficiently remove both large and fine mechanical impurities from contaminated oil. It is an ideal choice for oil cleaning and maintenance in the power industry, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, machinery, and railway sectors. With its powerful functions-such as oil filling, oil draining, oil transferring, and high-precision filtration-it ensures reliable operation in various applications.

This purifier is especially suitable for transformer oil, lubricating oil, turbine oil, and other industrial oils. It is also applicable for impurity removal in equipment like mutual inductors, lathes, and oil breakers that require small-volume oil treatment.

Equipped with high-quality filter materials, it has a large dirt-holding capacity, excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature tolerance, strong mechanical strength, and high filtration precision.
It features a multi-stage filtration system (50 micron, 20 micron, 1-5 micron) for efficient removal of fine particles in oil.

Working Processing

The oil enters the system through the oil inlet. If needed, an optional heater can be installed to slightly warm the oil for easier flow, especially in cold environments. However, in standard non-heating models, this step is skipped.

The oil then passes through a primary filter, which removes large particles and sludge. Next, the oil pump delivers the pre-filtered oil to the secondary filter, which captures medium-sized contaminants.

Finally, the oil flows through a fine filter, where smaller impurities are removed to achieve high filtration precision. The clean oil is discharged from the oil outlet, ready for reuse.

The system is controlled via an electric control cabinet, ensuring safe and reliable operation with easy start-stop control and status monitoring.
