REXON TYA Series Vacuum Hydraulic Oil Purifier Technical
 

The machine can completely remove all kinds of impurities, iron filings, sludge, dust, fine particles, visible water and trace water, and harmful gases in the used oils.

*Its working principle is to vacuum dehydrate and degas the oil while heating the oil to about 55~65ºC, which is allowed and has no harmful effect on the oil. It simulates the environment of boiling water on a high-altitude mountain top. 

In an atmospheric pressure environment, we need to heat the water to 100ºC to boil water, while at high altitudes, we only need to heat the water to about 70~80 degrees. Therefore, our TYA oil purifier will provide a high vacuum environment (high negative pressure) for the oil, and then heat the oil to 55~65ºC only, then the visible water, trace water, and gases in the oil can be evaporated completely.

After the treatment, the moisture content in the oil can reach less than 100PPM (100 parts per million).At the same time, the machine adopts a three-stage impurity filtration system to remove large, medium, and small particle impurities in the oil. After filtering through the three-stage filter elements, the particle contaminants in the oil can reach an accuracy of 1~5 microns.

*In addition, the machine is equipped with advanced PLC automatic control technology and various monitoring devices, a constant temperature heating control system, and a high-capacity vacuum pump, which can greatly improve the working efficiency of the equipment and fully guarantee the safety of users using the machine.

Working Process

Working Process of Vacuum Lube Oil Purifier

1.Oil Inlet and Coarse Filtration
The used or contaminated lube oil is first drawn into the system by a reliable gear pump. It passes through a coarse filter that removes large solid particles, protecting internal components and extending filter life.

2.Constant Temperature Heating
The pre-filtered oil flows into the constant temperature heating system, where it is gently heated to an optimal range (typically 50-60°C). The thermostat-controlled heater ensures stable oil temperature, preventing overheating and oil oxidation, while improving the efficiency of moisture and gas removal.

3.Vacuum Dehydration and Degassing
The heated oil enters a vacuum chamber. Under high vacuum and low pressure, water (free, emulsified, and dissolved) and gases are efficiently evaporated and extracted by the vacuum system. This is the most critical stage for restoring oil quality.

4.Fine Filtration
After dehydration, the oil flows through high-precision filters to capture fine particles and sludge. The filtration stage ensures the oil reaches the required cleanliness class according to ISO or NAS standards.

5.Oil Discharge and Circulation
The purified oil is discharged through the outlet and can be directly reused in equipment or stored in a clean oil tank. The system supports continuous online operation, allowing oil purification without equipment shutdown.
