Why Need Rexon Oil Purifier?

Present and future transformer ratings require high quality and high purity insulating oils at the point of use. The increasing voltage and rating of the modern transformer and electrical apparatus results in greater electrical stress in insulating material and fluids. To handle these greater stresses, oils with better dielectric qualities are required. Also lower residual water content in insulating fluids and material must be maintained. The proper treatment and upgrading of the insulating fluid will result in the improvement of the properties of the entire insulating media of power transformers. The principal functions of the insulating fluid are to serve as a dielectric material and as an effective coolant. To perform these functions, the insulating fluid must have the necessary qualities at the time of initial impregnation and filling at the factory and later maintain the same quality in the field operation.

Rexon's High Vacuum Oil Purifier upgrades the new or used electrical insulating fluids including transformer oils, polybutenes. These systems and equipment were developed as a result of 50 years of experience in vacuum treatment of electric insulating fluids.

Application:
Rexon 6000LPH Transformer Oil Recycling System Equipped with Fuller Earth Filter for oil regeneration processing. Series ZYD-I is especially designed to regenerate used and aging transformer oil, insulating oil. It takes high vacuum oil dehydrating and degassing system, powerful filtering system, and oil regeneration system, electrical control system, etc. together to make a high efficient transformer oil recycling processing.

ZYD-I-100 is a combination of a high vacuum oil dehydrating and degassing system, a powerful filtering system, and an oil regeneration system. It is especially used for purifying and regenerating used transformer oil with acidity, impurities, moisture, air and bad color. This oil regeneration purifier takes fuller's earth regeneration filters to regenerate used transformer oil to be new and pure color. It can remove acidity and free carbons completely from old oil, and eliminate moisture and gas from oil thoroughly.

*Besides Double-Stage High-Efficiency Vacuum Insulation Oil purifier's function of dewatering, degassing and eliminating impurities, this machine can regenerate the seriously deteriorated oil by removing the polarity materials, such as the deep oxides, free carbon in the oil effectively. It can make the seriously deteriorated oil reach to the normal index like anti-oxides, acid- alkali water-solubility.

Workflow
1. Oil Intake and Pre-Treatment
Oil enters the system: The inlet draws Contaminated oil into the purifier.
Preheating system: The oil passes through a heating system, typically using electric heating, to increase the temperature (usually between 55-65°C). This reduces viscosity and enhances the purification efficiency.
First-stage filtration (coarse filtration): The preheated oil passes through a coarse filter, which removes larger solid impurities, preventing damage to subsequent components.
2. Vacuum Separation System (Dehydration and Degassing)
Vacuum chamber function: The oil enters a vacuum chamber, where it forms an oil film or mist under negative pressure. This increases the contact area with the vacuum environment, accelerating the evaporation of water and gas.
Moisture and gas removal:
Low-temperature vacuum evaporation: Under vacuum conditions, moisture and dissolved gases evaporate at lower temperatures and are extracted by the vacuum pump.
Condensation and discharge: The separated water vapor is condensed and discharged, while the purified oil moves to the next stage.
3. Three-Stage Filtration System
Second-stage filtration (medium filtration): The oil passes through a finer filter that removes smaller particles and impurities.
Third-stage filtration (fine filtration): The final filtration stage removes ultra-fine particles, ensuring the oil meets cleanliness standards
4. Purified Oil Output
After passing through the three-stage filtration, the purified oil is delivered back to the equipment or storage tank by the outlet pump, ensuring the oil's cleanliness, moisture content, and gas content meet operational requirements. This extends equipment service life and improves operational efficiency.
5. System Monitoring and Protection
The entire system is equipped with pressure gauges, temperature controllers, vacuum monitors, and other devices to monitor the operating status in real-time. If any abnormalities occur (such as filter blockage, overheating, or insufficient vacuum), the system will automatically alarm or shut down to ensure safe operation.
