Turbine oil, also known as turbine oil, is mainly used in power plant steam turbines, hydroelectric power station hydro-generators and other lubrication applications where deep refined lubricants are required. Turbine oil is a kind of engine oil used in steam turbine engines. It is suitable for high-speed mechanical lubrication and mainly plays the role of lubrication, heat dissipation and cooling speed regulation.
Turbine oil is prone to generate a large amount of water pollutants, as well as particulate impurities, mechanical impurities, etc. under the high temperature operation of the steam turbine. Especially the high water content pollution will have a very bad negative impact on the turbine oil, reduce the quality of the oil, make the turbine oil lose lubrication, heat dissipation and cooling speed regulation, thus affecting the normal operation of the turbine. Therefore, regular filtration and purification of turbine oil is very important.
Application
REXON Turbine Oil Purifier is used for treating the unqualified turbine oil, especially the seriously emulsified turbine oil. This oil equipment can rapidly and effectively remove water, gas and impurities from oil, and it can break emulsification fast. It aims at turbine oil's nature of high water content, easy emulsification and high impurities content to make the oil recover the new oil's nature.

1. Breaking emulsification thoroughly with high- molecule polymeric material.
2. Dewatering very effectively with once and for two steps dehydrating method. It can thoroughly clear away the liquid water, free water and 80% dissolved water.
3.With distinctive removing impurities technique filtering through double FH trapezoidal network and absorbing by high polymer material, this machine can make the ß3 equal or surpass 200 and make the cleanness lower grade 6(NAS1638).
4.With the trapezoidal, spiral, automatic back flushing system.
5.With the advanced dielectric condensation devices.
6.On-line oil purification can be carried out with turbine or water turbine automatically without any person.
7. PLC programing system & touch screen, make the machine can be started by just one-toucn, and then works fully automaticially.(optional)
8. This machine is also equipped with online moisture sensor and online oil particle counter, can detect the oil condition in real-time. (optional)
