REXON Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier for Onsite Transformer Oil Maintenance Project, Strong Vacuum Dehydrating Transformer Oil Purifier, series high- efficiency double stage vacuum oil purifier is a typical product, develop and produced by REXON Co. as especial equipment for dehydration, degassing, purification process of various kind of insulation oils in electrical transformers and circuit breakers etc,. it is designed on vacuum drying principle, accurate fine filtration and other modern technique. REXON ZYD-50 Transformer Oil Purifier Machine is a machine for power plant and substation that specializes in the vacuum filtration of transformer oil. The machine can go out of the water, gas, impurities and other pollutants in the transformer oil, so that the oil can reach the qualified index and can be used in the transformer. Also it can inject the insulating oil into the transformers on-line. The ZYD system provides regular oil purification such as degassing, drying and particulate removal but also can remove acidity, sludge, other soluble oil decay products and discoloration.

Vacuum Dehydration(Degas) system
Our  Double-horizontal vacuum evaporation vessels can enlarge evaporation area efficiently. The heater, being places in the vacuum vessels, becomes an evaporator. Thus the evaporation areas of Double-horizontal vacuum vessels are three times more than of the common vacuum vessel. This innovation can dehydrate and degas effectively and separately. This optimal structure of the dehydration (degas) system enlarge the surface area of oil exposed to the vacuum system and extends the flowing distance of the oil in the vacuum system. Thus there has sufficient time to remove the moisture and gas from the oil by vaporization.

The oil technical data after treatment:

2. Impurity size is less than 1μm without free carbon 
3. Water content is less than 3 part per million
3. Oil dielectric strength (breakdown voltage) is more than 75KV 
4. Acidity value is less than 0.01 mg KOH/g

Our vacuum transformer oil purifier is developed on the characteristics of oil for electricity, especially for special high-voltage transformer above 110kv facilities. We developed the most advanced and the best special insulating oil treatment equipment successfully. Oil purification standard reaches Q/GDW122-2005. This product is a combination of the international advanced film theory and atomized oil treatment technology, with a highly efficient degassing dehydration and breaking emulsification effect. Oil in this system is fully thin-film (Oil exposed area are fully expanded), and oil is increased the "journey", so that water or gas in oil is vaporized for sufficient time to reach the best effect of dehydration degassing.

The device uses electronic anti-foaming devices and high efficiency of the needle breaking foam technology to eliminate foam (patented technology) and make no "injection" phenomenon during operation.
