The three-phase disc centrifuge is a device used for separating liquids from solids and different liquid phases. It is often used for liquid-liquid-solid three-phase separation with high separation efficiency.
Its main principle is to generate a strong centrifugal force through the high-speed rotating disc structure, so that materials of different densities are separated according to the density difference under the action of centrifugal force, thereby achieving separation.
REXON RCF series machine is a new type of centrifugal purifier developed based on the conventional three-phase centrifuge and aimed at the use environment and requirements of industrial oil products. It can not only perform online oil purification at high speed and continuously, separate water and solid pollutants from the oil, but also filter the oil with high precision, reducing the impurity content to 1~5micron (can be equipped as needed).
