REXON Fully Automatic Double-stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Dehydration Purifier 3000LPH is designed for transformer dielectric oil purification and recondition, it can quickly remove water, trace water, gas, particles as well as acetylene, hydrogen, methane and other harmful ingredients from insulating oil effectively to improve oil's dielectric strength to be above 75~80KV. It is suitable for on-site transformer oil purification and oil maintenance for different places.

Features:
1. Frame structure with castors and lifting holes, easy to be moved and transport. It also can be equipped with weather-proof canopy.
2. Dealing with unqualified insulating oils, rapidly remove water, gas, particles from oil
3. Multi-stage precision filtration system, mesh filtration combined with molecular adsorption technologies
4 Efficient electric heating system: heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.
5. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system to ensure machine operation easy and safely.
6. Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.
7. PLC fully automatic control system and touch screen, make the machine can be startup or shutdown by just one-touch operation, easy to operate and save time and labour cost.
