Product Description

The Double-Stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Filter Machine is an advanced filtration system designed to efficiently purify transformer oil by removing contaminants such as water, gas, and particulate matter. The ZYD Double-stage vacuum Transformer oil purifier plant/ oil Filtration/ oil purification/ oil treatment/ oil recondition system is designed for the following applications:

1. This transformer oil purifier machine is mainly used for purifying the insulating oil, transformer oil, mutual oil, switch oil, dielectric oil and so on.

2. This transformer oil purification machine adopts the double stages vacuum system, which can improve the machine working vacuum value highly, so it can remove the water, free water, trace water, gas and impurities in the contaminated transformer oil high-efficiently.

3. This transformer oil filter brings degassing, dehydration and removing impurities out of transformer oil fast and completely.

4. This transformer oil filtration system can also remove the acidity, sludge, free carbon, other soluble oil decay products and discoloration.

5. This transformer oil purifier can increase and maintain the oil's dielectric strength higher than 75KV, and insure the electrical devices running safely.

6. This transformer oil treatment can vacuum oiling to transformers, vacuum dry transformers and on-line operation with transformers.

7. The standard ZYD Double-stage vacuum Transformer oil purifier is designed for processing oil in workshops, in storage tanks or directly in transformers (energized and de-energized transformers both).
