Application:
ZYD series double stage vacuum insulating oil filtration unit is applied to process used transformer oil and insulating oil from power plant, power station, electric power company, power transmission equipment, transformers, industrial and mining enterprises, especially suitable for on-site installation, maintenance and purifying high level new oil, or running oil from big power transmission and distribution equipment and transformers on national main power transformation grid, which is above 110-750KV. It can shorten the oil treatment period for transformer installation and maintenance.

Main Features
1.Delivered ready for operation,
2.Applied for heating, filtering, drying and degassing of contaminated insulating oil used in transformers, mutual inductors, circuit breakers, through one or several passes.
3. There are two vacuum pumps for plant ZYD (one is the vacuum pump, other one is the booster roots pump), which can improve the vacuum value highly. Making sure the water-content of the treated oil is less than 3 PPM.
4. Equipped with three stage filters, standard filtration accuracy are 50/5/1 micron.
5. Equipped with automatic defoaming system.
6. Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.
7. Fully automatic PLC system is available as option item.
