Application
REXON Automatic Vacuum Transformer Oil Filtration Machine ZYD-100 can quickly remove water, trace water, gas, particles as well as acetylene, hydrogen, methane and other harmful ingredients from insulating oil effectively to improve oil's dielectric strength to be above 75~80KV. It is suitable for on-site transformer oil purification and oil maintenance for different places.

Features
1. Double-stage vacuum system ( vacuum pump+booster vacuum pump), high speed oil dehydration and degasification.
2. High precision three-stage filtration system ( 50/5/1micron), remove impurities & metal particles from oil.
3. Restore the dielectric strength of transformer oil to 75~85KV.
4. In addition to transformer oil purification, it can also be used as a separate transformer oil injection/ filling, and transformer vacuum pumping.
5. Thickened metal enclosure, fully weather-proof, dust-proof, keep machine in good and clean condition when used at onsite projects.
