Product Description

Application:
REXON Vacuum Heating Treatment Insulation Oil Purification Filter Machine ZYD-200 is mainly used for removing trace water, gas and impurities from insulating oil, improving the insulating oil performance index. It is mainly applied to purification of 110KV, 220KV, 500KV, 750KV, 1000KV power transmission equipment insulating oil.

Meanwhile, Series ZYD oil purifier can be used as independent vacuum source with functions of vacuum drying and vacuum filling.

The Vacuum Dehydration System& Heating System are important for a Vacuum Oil Filter Machine:

The performance of insulating oil is mainly determined by the water content in the oil. If the water is not saturated in the oil, it exists in a molecular state; if the water is saturated in the oil, it exists in a liquid state and stays at the bottom of the container.

Under vacuum, due to the low gas content in the oil, the water and gas in the oil will escape from the oil and be pumped away by the vacuum pump. The higher the vacuum degree (close to 0Pa), the faster the water molecules evaporate (the latest technology vacuum oil purifier can reach a working vacuum degree of 1Pa).

The oil temperature affects the working efficiency of the vacuum oil purifier. The higher the temperature, the greater the kinetic energy obtained by the water molecules and the faster the diffusion rate. However, too high a temperature will cause the carbon chain of the oil molecules to break, resulting in oil deterioration.

Therefore, it is not recommended that the oil temperature exceed 80°C, and impurities will affect the dielectric strength of the oil, so the vacuum oil purifier has high requirements for filtration accuracy.
