Product Description

The REXON-30, 1800LPH REXON Strong Vacuum Dielectric Oil Purifier regenerates high-voltage dielectric oil with advanced degassing and impurity removal. It uses a dual-stage vacuum structure with independent vacuum pumps to achieve ≤0.01% air content. With a three-level 1μm filtration system, it restores aged oil to high purity, achieving NAS class <5 and BDV ≥85kV. It is ideal for switchyards, GIS stations, and power utilities looking for reliable oil recovery and cleaning.

 

Application

REXON vacuum transformer oil purifier 1800LPH, can remove the water, gas and impurities in insulation oil high-efficiently, increasing the pressure force and quality of oil, make the oil limiting voltage-withstand value much higher and make sure the electric device running safely. The machine is mainly used for electric power department and industries to deal with various oils such as transformer oil, mutual oil, switch oil, dielectric oil and so on. It also can be used for filtration of more than 110KV substation live line work onsite. Meanwhile, as the bridge-type vacuum linking system, Series ZYD oil purifier can be used as independent vacuum source with functions of vacuum drying and vacuum oiling. The dielectric value of treated oil is higher than 75~85KV. It is very suitable for the large electric&insulation equipments.

Working Principle:

Its working principle is to vaporize moisture and remove gases from transformer oil in a high-vacuum environment, while heating the oil to about 55~65ºC. This temperature will not affect oil quality.

Such working principle is similar to "boiling water at high altitude place" -In an normal atmosphere pressure environment, we need to heat the water to 100ºC to boil water, while at high altitudes, where the air pressure is much lower, we only need to heat the water to about 70~80 degrees.

Working Process
Step 1 - Coarse Filtration/Primary Filtration: The primary filter removes large solid particles and impurities.

Step 2 - Heating: The oil flows into the heating system. The heaters warm the oil under thermostatic control. Heating reduces viscosity and prepares the oil for dehydration and degassing.

Step 3 - Vacuum Dehydration and Degassing: After heating, the oil enters the high vacuum separator. Inside the vacuum chamber (≤5 Pa), water vaporizes and gases are removed. Intelligent infrared thermostatic heating design enlarges the contact area between oil and vacuum, making dehydration and degassing faster and more complete.

The water vapor is condensed and discharged into the water collection tank, while gases are safely vented out.

Step 4 - Medium Filtration: After vacuum separation, the oil continues to the secondary filter. This stage removes medium-sized particles.

Step 5 - Fine Filtration: Finally, the oil passes through the fine filter. High-precision filter elements (1 micron) remove tiny particles completely.

At the end of the process, the purified oil is delivered back to the transformer or oil tank.
