Application
REXON vacuum transformer oil purifier 6000LPH, can remove the water, gas and impurities in insulation oil high-efficiently, increasing the pressure force and quality of oil, make the oil limiting voltage-withstand value much higher and make sure the electric device running safely. The machine is mainly used for electric power department and industries to deal with various oils such as transformer oil, mutual oil, switch oil, dielectric oil and so on. It also can be used for filtration of more than 110KV substation live line work onsite. Meanwhile, as the bridge-type vacuum linking system, Series ZYD oil purifier can be used as independent vacuum source with functions of vacuum drying and vacuum oiling. The dielectric value of treated oil is higher than 75~85KV. It is very suitable for the large electric&insulation equipments.

2. Big capacity of moisture ands gas separating chambers, efficient oil film sprayer, increasing separating size and separating time to ensure the dry-level and dielectric strength of oil improving greatly.
3. Duplex-Stereo film evaporation technology, combined with unique and advanced dewatering, degassing components, can rapidly and effectively separate water, gas from oil.
4. Multi-stage precision filtration system, mesh filtration combined with molecular adsorption technologies, which can purify oil high efficient and make oil highly pure.
5. Efficient electric heating system, heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.
6. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system and foaming elimination system to ensure machine operating easy and safely.
7. Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.
8. It can be operated both online and offline of transformers.
9. Can be used independent device for vacuuming transformers which are above 110KV and can vacuum oil filling for power equipment.
10. Can work online for 150 hours continuously, high reliable and long time running.
11. Can be installed by PLC programming control system to achieve machine working fully automatically.

Advantages
This ZYD-100(6000LPH) transformer oil purifier has two stages of vacuum system, besides the first stage vacuum pump, the second stage of vacuum pumping system/the booster pump to improve the effect of purification which dewaters, degases and removes impurities more quickly, more completely and make the oils limiting voltage-withstand value much higher. This machine also can remove free, soluble water, carbon, free and dissolved gases and particulate matters from insulating oil effectively and rapidly. As the bridge-type vacuum linking system that can filter and be an independent vacuum power supply, this machine can be vacuum treating the electric insulating devices. Series ZYD utilizes coacervation technology, coalescing technology, separating technology and refined purification technology.
