Application
REXON LPC-P50 portable particle counter is designed based on the principle of light blockage method, which is specially used for fast detection of oil contamination level on site. It has the advantages of small volume, light weight, big screen, fast detection speed, high precision, good repeatability, and can work under extremely harsh conditions such as high temperature and high pressure. Built-in micro water sensor and temperature sensor so that it can detect water content and temperature as well as the degree of pollution in oil. It can be widely used in aerospace, petrochemical, transportation ports, iron and steel metallurgy, automobile manufacturing and other fields of hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, transformer oil (insulation oil), turbine oil, gear oil, engine oil and other oil detection.

 

Features

1. The principle of light blockage method, the use of high-precision laser sensor, small size, high precision, stable performance.
2. It is suitable for laboratory or on-site detection, and can also be used for on-line high pressure measurement with pressure-reducing device to realize real-time detection of oil particle contamination.
3. Can be connected to an external air pressure chamber to form positive/negative pressure, realize the detection and degassing of high viscosity samples.
4. Built-in ISO4406, NAS1638, SAE4059 (integral and differential), GJB420A, GJB420B, ГOCT17216, GB/T14039 and other particle pollution level standards.
5. Built-in calibration function. It can be calibrated according to GB/T21540, ISO4402, GB/T18854 and other standards.
6. Built-in data analysis system. It can automatically display and determine the sample grade according to the standard, and has the function of automatic data processing and printing.
7. The alarm level can be set arbitrarily, and the alarm prompt will be given when the limit is exceeded to realize pollution or cleanliness detection.
8. Built-in water sensor and temperature sensor.
9. The pipeline is made of 316L stainless steel and PTFE materials to meet the detection of various organic solvents and oils.
