The entire machine is constructed from high-quality, food-grade 304 stainless steel, which provides excellent resistance to acidity and corrosion, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. This purifier effectively removes moisture, dissolved gases, suspended particles, and other impurities from various oils, including cooking oil, vegetable oil, palm oil, rapeseed oil, sunflower seed oil, olive oil, peanut oil, coconut oil, cottonseed oil, sesame oil, soybean oil, and more.

During the filtration process, the used cooking oil will be filtered and flow through all edible materials. Safe and standard. It can fast dewater, degas, and remove the impurities and tiny particulates, and the volatile matter from oil. After the treatment, the cooking oil will become of much better quality with the lowest contamination, like a few particles below 1micron.

 

Features:

1.The primary stainless steel filter is anti-rust and anti-corrosive. It removes residual impurities before the oil enters the water and the vacuum separators.

2.The water separator uses a special filter to remove water commonly found in waste cooking oil.

3.The vacuum separator uses advanced 3D and thin film evaporation under low temperature and vacuum conditions. To protect the oil's natural quality, it usually just needs to be heated to 45°C, making it possible to effectively remove trace water, acids, alcohols, and other volatile substances without damaging the oil.

4.The fine filter, with stainless steel elements and less than 1-micron precision, ensures the final oil is crystal clear and impurity-free.

5.The system includes automatic back-flushing to clean filters and extend their service life.

6.The degassing and dewatering system adopts multi-stage thin film evaporation to quickly remove water and gas from the oil.
