REXON ZYD Series is a professional-grade Transformer Oil Purifier designed for continuous online or offline oil filtration. It features high-vacuum degassing chambers, efficient heating, and deep filtration to remove all forms of water, gas, and particles from insulating oil. It also integrates vacuum pumping and transformer oil filling in one unit, streamlining field operations. The system is widely used in transformer repair shops, power utilities, and EPC projects. Optional moisture sensors, flow meters, and PLC touchscreen controls provide real-time monitoring and fully automatic operation. It's a complete solution for transformer oil maintenance and life extension.

4. Multi-stage precision filtration system, mesh filtration combined with molecular adsorption technologies
5. Efficient electric heating system: heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.
6. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system to ensure machine operation easy and safely.
7. Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.
REXON Double-stage High Vacuum Transformer Oil Filter Machine 1800L/Hr can quickly remove water, trace water, gas, particles as well as acetylene, hydrogen, methane and other harmful ingredients from insulating oil effectively to improve oil's dielectric strength to be above 75~80KV.
