9000LPH Insulating Oil Filtration System for Onsite Transformer Oil Maintenance, High Vacuum Transformer Oil Filter Machine, Dielectric Oil Purifiation System is especially for purifying the insulation oil in all kinds of large power equipments that are above 110KV, especially for the altitude is over 500-1000 meters. It can deal with contaminted transformer oil, mutual oil, switch oil, insulating oil, dielectric oil and so on. It can remove the free and dissolved water, gas and particles from oil high-efficiently, increasing the pressure force and quality of oil, make sure the electric device running safely. The dielectric value of treated oil is higher than 75~85KV. It is very suitable for the large electric&insulation equipments.

What It Can Do?
1. This insulating oil filtration machineadopts the double stages vacuum system, which can improve the machine working vacuum value highly, so it can remove the water, free water, trace water, gas and impurities in the contaminated transformer oil high-efficiently.

5. Efficient electric heating system, heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.
6. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system and foaming elimination system to ensure machine operating easy and safely.
7. Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.
8. It can be operated both online and offline of transformers.
9. Can be used independent device for vacuuming transformers which are above 110KV and can vacuum oil filling for power equipment.
