This Double-Stage Transformer Oil Filtration System is a powerful tool for power plant and substation maintenance. It removes dissolved moisture, gas, and particulate contaminants from transformer oil using advanced vacuum separation and multi-stage filtration. The system is ideal for servicing oil-filled transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical insulation equipment. It improves oil properties like breakdown voltage, dielectric loss factor, and gas content, extending transformer life and preventing dielectric failures. With rugged design and portable chassis, it is suitable for field use and can work continuously in high-altitude or humid areas.
Application:REXON Double-stage High Vacuum Transformer Oil Filter Machine 3000L/Hr can quickly remove water, trace water, gas, particles as well as acetylene, hydrogen, methane and other harmful ingredients from insulating oil effectively to improve oil's dielectric strength to be above 75~80KV. It is suitable for on-site transformer oil purification and oil maintenance for different places.

2. Installation of car tires, Bridge shock absorber, braking system and steel welding of entire trailer guarantee 60km/h speed.
3. Dealing with unqualified insulating oils, rapidly remove water, gas, particles from oil

5. Efficient electric heating system: heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.
6. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system to ensure machine operation easy and safely.
7. Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.
