Main Functions are as follows:

I. Remove moisture
The hydraulic oil vacuum filter can effectively remove free water, emulsified water, and dissolved water in the oil through vacuum dehydration technology, preventing moisture from corroding and affecting hydraulic systems and equipment.
II. Remove impurities
The equipment has a built-in multi-stage filtration system, which can effectively filter out solid particle impurities in the oil, prevent hydraulic oil from contaminating equipment components, and extend the service life of the equipment.
III. Remove gas
The vacuum separation device can remove dissolved gas (such as air, carbon dioxide, etc.) in the oil, improve the lubrication performance of the oil, and reduce the risk of cavitation in the system.
V. Improve oil performance
Reduce acidic substances and oxides in the oil, improve the antioxidant capacity and service life of the oil, thereby maintaining the stability of the hydraulic system.
VI. Remove emulsification
For contaminated hydraulic oil, the vacuum filter can eliminate emulsification and restore the oil to clarity and transparency.
VII. Cost saving
The purified oil can be reused, reducing the amount of waste oil to be processed and the cost of purchasing new oil.

The working principle of a vacuum oil purifier mainly involves separating impurities (such as water, solid particles, etc.) from the oil in a vacuum environment. The specific vacuum principle can be explained in the following aspects:
1. Creating a Vacuum Environment
The vacuum oil purifier uses a pump to remove air from the system, creating a low-pressure or vacuum state. In this low-pressure environment, water and dissolved gases in the oil evaporate more easily due to the lower boiling point.
2. Oil Intake and Filtration
The oil is drawn into the vacuum chamber through the inlet. The vacuum environment facilitates the removal of water, gases, and other impurities from the oil. The oil passes through multiple filter elements to further remove solid particles and fine contaminants.
3. Gas Separation and Recovery
The water and gases separated from the oil are drawn out by the vacuum pump. Typically, the water is condensed and recovered through a condenser, while the gases are vented out through the exhaust system.
4. Oil Purification
In the vacuum environment, the oil is filtered through the filter elements, adsorbing impurities and separating the water. The treated oil has a higher cleanliness level, which extends its service life and improves the efficiency of mechanical equipment.
5. Differential Pressure and Suction Effect
The working of the vacuum oil purifier relies on the suction provided by the vacuum pump. The pressure difference created causes the oil to flow through the filter elements or mesh, during which the impurities are effectively separated. In this way, the oil is purified.
