The REXON Advanced Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier offers state-of-the-art vacuum filtration technology combined with fully automatic PLC control for efficient oil regeneration. Designed for on-site use, it removes moisture, dissolved gases, and particles as small as 1 micron, restoring transformer oil to NAS 5 cleanliness and dielectric strength up to 85 kV. With precision heating (50-60°C) and dual-stage vacuum pumps, it ensures superior dehydration and degassing performance. The automatic system simplifies operation, reduces human error, and provides real-time monitoring and fault alarms. Built with durable components, this purifier guarantees long operational life and reliable performance under demanding conditions. Application:
REXON Double-stage High Vacuum Transformer Oil Filter Machine 1800L/Hr can quickly remove water, trace water, gas, particles as well as acetylene, hydrogen, methane and other harmful ingredients from insulating oil effectively to improve oil's dielectric strength to be above 75~80KV. It is suitable for on-site transformer oil purification and oil maintenance for different places.
Advantage:
Since it is completely water proof, dust proof, it can protect the machine not to be damaged by raining weather, or in other bad circumstance use. So you can use the machine in any weather and many circumstances for any on-site oil filtration project.
