The Refrigeration Oil Dehydration System is tailored for HVAC, chiller, and industrial cooling systems that use CFC/HFC refrigerants. It efficiently removes water, acids, and sludge from refrigeration lubricants through vacuum dehydration and fine filtration. Vacuum Lubricating Oil Purifier Machine with Newest Filtering Technology, Lube Oil Reclaiming Unit is used for purifying any industrial hydraulic oil and lube oils. The machine takes vacuum dehydration system (remove emulsified water) and 3 stages filters to remove out the impurities, and another coalescing-separation filter (remove large quantity of water fast) together to remove all contaminants from the used oil completely and purify oil, clean oil. After treatment, the final oil's parameter and quality will be improved and comes out very closely to new oil's standard.

Our TYA vacuum oil purifier takes vacuum dehydration system (remove emulsified water, moisture completely) and 3 stages filters, and another coalescing-separation filter (remove large quantity of water/moisture) together. It can remove out the impurities, tiny particles and water/moisture, gas/air all contaminants from the used oil completely to purify oil and clean oil. After the treatment, the final oil's parameter and quality comes out very closely to new lube oil's standard. And it can be used again directly back to the engine systems/lubricating systems with good oil features.

And under a regular oil purification and cleaning processing treatment for your oil by our oil purifier machine, the oil will be always kept in a good condition without such water, particles contaminants.
