Application:
REXON ZYD series double stage vacuum oil dehydrating and degassing type insulating oil recycling purifier is designed for power transformers' oil maintenance, especially the high and supper high voltage transformers that above 110KVA. With double vacuuming system( vacuum pump+roots vacuum pump), it can quickly reach a vacuum degree of -0.099Mpa, achieve rapid dehydration and degassing, and efficiently reduce the moisture in the oil to 3PPM. In addition, the three-stage progressively dense high-precision 1-micron filtration system can filter out particulate impurities in the oil to the greatest extent, improve the cleanliness of the oil, and ultimately improve the insulation value of the transformer oil. Through regular oil filtering and maintenance, keeping the oil quality clean and stable can maintain the insulation performance and heat conduction performance of the transformer oil, thus improving the operating efficiency and service life of the transformers.

1. Double-stage vacuum system, strong power of vacuum evacuating, ultimate vacuum value ≤ 5Pa.
2. Two vacuum separating chambers, efficient oil film sprayer, increasing separating size and separating time to ensure the dry-level and dielectric strength improve greatly.
3. Duplex-Stereo film evaporation technology, combined with unique and advanced dewatering, and degassing components, can rapidly and effectively separate water, gas from oil.
4. Multi-stage precision filtration system, mesh filtration combined with molecular adsorption technologies.
5. Efficient electric heating system, heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.
6. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, and pressure protective system to ensure machine operation is easy and safe.
7. Adopt an interlocked protective system, which connects the oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leaks and electricity leaks. If there is any fault, the machine will be powered off automatically.
8. Functions of live line work onsite, vacuum drying and vacuum oil filling.
9. Weatherproof designing which can be used outside even in rainy weather.
