Rexon Insulating Oil Purifier is an oil processing equipment designed to treat used/old transformer oil and give it a new life. The machine has the function of dehydrating, degassing, purifying, filtering and regenerating the transformer oil. Therefore, the moisture, gas and impurity contaminants in the transformer oil will be removed after being purified by our transformer oil filter.

REXON Insulating Oil Purifier ZYD-200 is a vacuum oil filtration and oil purification system for unqualified transformer oil, insulation oil reconditioning. It is mainly used for power plant, power transmission and all power field to do on-site filtration work for transformer oil, insulating oil, dielectric oil, mutual oil, switch oil, and so on. The machine is especially for purifying the insulating oil in all kinds of large power equipment that are above 110KV, especially for the altitude is over 500-1000 meters.This Oil dehydration plant is very suitable for the large electric&insulation equipment and oil maintenance.

1. Double-stage vacuum system, strong power of vacuum evacuating, ultimate vacuum value ≤ 5Pa.
2. Big capacity of moisture ands gas separating chambers, efficient oil film sprayer, increasing separating size and separating time to ensure the dry-level and dielectric strength of oil improving greatly.
3. Duplex-Stereo film evaporation technology, combined with unique and advanced dewatering, degassing components, can rapidly and effectively separate water, gas from oil.
4. Multi-stage precision filtration system, mesh filtration combined with molecular adsorption technologies, which can purify oil high efficient and make oil highly pure.
5. Efficient electric heating system, heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.
6. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system and foaming elimination system to ensure machine operating easy and safely.
7. Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.
8. It can be operated both online and offline of transformers.

9. Can be used independent device for vacuuming transformers which are above 110KV and can vacuum oil filling for power equipment.

10. Can work online for 150 hours continuously, high reliable and long time running.

11. Equipped with SIEMENS PLC programming control system to achieve machine working fully automatically.
