Product Description

Transformer oil is generally mixed with gas, water and contaminants. The content of the contaminants generally increases with time. In the oil treatment plants, these associated gases, water and contaminants are separated from the oil and taken away. In transformer applications, it is electrically critical that the oil does not contain too much of these substances. After treating the oil in the oil treatment plant, the stabilized oil is then again ready to be used in power transformers.

High vacuum oil purifiers are designed for treating electrical insulating oil in the oil-filled electrical equipments. Through the dehydrator, degasification, filtration processes, the dissolved gases and moisture, solid particulate, contamination can be completely removed.

This type vacuum transformer oil purifier can remove the water, gas and impurities in insulation oil high-efficiently, increasing the pressure force and quality of oil, make the oil limiting voltage-withstand value much higher and make sure the electric device running safely.

The oil technical data after treatment: 
1. Gas content is less than 0.1% 
2. Impurity size is less than 1μm without free carbon 
3. Water content is less than 3 part per million
3. Oil dielectric strength (breakdown voltage) is more than 75KV 
4. Acidity value is less than 0.01 mg KOH/g 
5. Dielectric loss factors at 90ºC is less than 0.001

4. Multi-stage precision filtration system, mesh filtration combined with molecular adsorption technologies, which can purify oil high efficient and make oil highly pure.
5. Efficient electric heating system, heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.
6. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system and foaming elimination system to ensure machine operating easy and safely.
7. Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.
8. It can be operated both online and offline of transformers.
9. Can be used independent device for vacuuming transformers which are above 110KV and can vacuum oil filling for power equipment.
10. Can work online for 150 hours continuously, high reliable and long time running.
11. Equipped with PLC programming control system, the machine can work fully automatically.
