Product Introduction:  
Our vacuum transformer oil purifier is developed on the characteristics of oil for electricity, especially for special high-voltage transformers above 110kv facilities. We successfully created the most advanced and best special insulating oil treatment equipment. Oil purification standard reaches Q/GDW122-2005. After several improvements, the device has reached the domestic leading level and international similar products in the same performance parameters, with a high price-performance ratio.

This product is a combination of the international advanced film theory and atomized oil treatment technology, with a highly efficient degassing dehydration and breaking emulsification effect. Oil in this system is fully thin-film (Oil exposed areas are fully expanded), and oil increases the "journey" so that water or gas in oil is vaporized for sufficient time to reach the best effect of dehydration degassing.

The device uses electronic anti-foaming devices and high-efficiency needle-breaking foam technology to eliminate foam (patented technology) and make no "injection" phenomenon during operation.

Adopting the "Y-type" gear pump, guide wheel technology (patented technology) and VFD driving technology, we solved oil-drain problems in high-vacuum and noise problems.

The machine can go out of the water, gas, impurities and other pollutants in the transformer oil, so that the oil can reach the qualified index and can be used in the transformer. Also it can inject the insulating oil into the transformers on-line. The ZYD system provides regular oil purification such as degassing, drying and particulate removal but also can remove acidity, sludge, other soluble oil decay products and discoloration.

7. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system and foaming detecting and eliminating to ensure machine operation easily and safely.

8.Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping.

Our  Double-horizontal vacuum evaporation vessels can enlarge evaporation area efficiently. The heater, being places in the vacuum vessels, becomes an evaporator. Thus the evaporation areas of Double-horizontal vacuum vessels are three times more than of the common vacuum vessel. This innovation can dehydrate and degas effectively and separately. This optimal structure of the dehydration (degas) system enlarge the surface area of oil exposed to the vacuum system and extends the flowing distance of the oil in the vacuum system. Thus there has sufficient time to remove the moisture and gas from the oil by vaporization.
