Rexon ZYD series double stage vacuum oil purifier system 3000 liters per hour is serve for degasification, dehydration and filtration of transformer, cable, turbine and other oils for removal of gases, free and soluble water and particulate matter. The system is applied while installation, repair and operating of oil-filled high voltage equipment up to 1150 kV (power transformers, electricity substations, high-voltage switches etc.) as well as turbines.
Technical Features: (i) Removal of moisture from 100 ppm to 3 ppm (max.) (ii) Removal of dissolved gas content from 10% by Vol. to 0.1% by vol. (iii) Improvement of dielectric strength break down voltage from 20 KV to 75 KV (min). (iv) Vacuum level of degassing chamber at rated flow and at final stage:- not more than 0.15 torr (0.2 m bar) max. (v) Filtering capacity: Max. particle size less than 0.5 micron in the filtered oil.
(vi) Processing temperature :- 40º C to 65ºC (vii) Dissipation Factor at 90 deg. : 0.05
Functions: *Automatic timed shutdown mode Set the machine's working time you want, for example 10 hours, or 20 hours, put this data onto the PLC operating screen, and machine will work accordingly by 10hours, or 20 hours, and once the working time satisfied, the machine will shutdown automatically .
*Automatic PPM compliance shutdown mode Set the PPM data you want the oil to obtain from the filtration process, then machine will shutdown when oil PPM data reaches this value. For example, you set 5PPM or 3PPM to the panel, then machine will auto stop when the online PPM tester detect The oil's PPM value to be 5PPM or 3PPM.
