Product Description

REXON TYA Hydraulic Oil Purifier is designed for purifying all kinds of used oil such as lubricant oil, hydraulic oil, engine oil, motor oil, car oil, petrol oil, diesel oil, fuel oil, gasoline oil, compressor oil, mechanical oil, coolant oil, gear oil, mechanical oil, heat treatment oil, mixed waste oil, dirty industrial oil, waste cooking oil, and so on. According to the used oil's nature, this machine can rapidly and completely remove water content, particulate matters, impurities and air, gas from the lube oil, and break emulsification fast and effectively.

After the treatment, the final treated oil can be reused again with good oil features and it's oil parameter comes very close to new lube oil's standard. You can use the treated fresh oil back to your engines, lubricating systems normally as it is used before, and also many other machinery systems, engine systems, or any other use purpose based on the refreshed oil recovered index quality.

Oil Purifier Main Features:

1. With the strong ability to filter the impurity, which can filter the particles completely.
2. Advanced dielectric condensation device, which perform good cooling function to the machine. 
3. This machine installs the new pressure protector, which can control the machine running automatically; also it can drain water on line by the water-separator device. So it is easy to control this machine.
4. We adopt the high quality filter materials, which has a good function in anti-corrosive, thermostable, mechanical strength. Especially, the precision of eliminates impurity is high and the service life is long. Also, it has a large volume for storing the impurities.
5. The unique degas and dewater system: Using the Stereo-Evaporation technical, which can separate the water and gas from the oil quickly by the Multi-level water-oil separation technology.
6. It takes safety electric control system which can protect the machine working normally. No matter which part of machine works wrong if, the machine will stop automatically.
7. It uses all stainless steel ball vales, which can protect oil property well during process.
8. The machine takes stainless steel flange for heating system, and it can avoid any bad gas happen into oil during oil process.
9. This machine is 70% automatic operating by itself, only few operating on electric panel required to be done by person. It's high tech and mature tech used to achieve half auto industrial operation for the equipment.
10. This machine uses strong powerful big fan for cooling system, which is driven by strong motor.
11. It uses high quality sealing spare parts for all connecting pipes, flanges to perform a better sealing function.
12. This machine is multi-functional one, which can purify various industrial oil like used lube oil, engine oil, hydraulic oil, and used cooking oil for bio-diesel production.

2. One-touch to start up or shut down.
3. Display the running status of the equipment, set the system operating parameters.
4. Automatically shut down when encountering a fault and display the fault code.

5. Displays real-time moisture ppm content when equipped with an oil moisture PPM sensor, and can automatically shut down after reaching the moisture content set.
