Main Functions:
Fast Water separation
REXON coalescing separation oil purifier TYB-100 uses coalescing technology to effectively separate water from the oil. It separates water and oil through special filter media to prevent water contamination of the oil and ensure the insulation performance of the oil.

High Accuracy Impurity Removal
TYB-100 can remove solid particles, sediments and contaminants in the oil to keep the oil clean. Reduce the wear of these impurities on the internal components of the equipment (such as pumps, bearings, etc.) and extend the service life of the equipment.

Fully Automatic Water Discharging
Some advanced models are equipped with PLC automatic control system that can monitor the filtration process in real-time, automatically drain water, and improve ease of use and operational safety.

Features:
1. TYB-100 oil purifier adopts special coalescence-separation filter, which offering much more higher water removing efficiency than other types of purifiers.
2. Without vacuum heating and high-speed centrifugation.
3. As no heating is needed, the additives in the oil are well prevented from degradation or deterioration.
4. Reduce water content to less than 100 PPM or less.
5.Trolly type, easy to move and operate in workshop.

And this oil purifier is very convenient using with the go-cart model designed. Besides it can quickly separate large quantity water from oil, it can also clean oil and achieve the oil cleanness of NAS grade 6. This portable oil purifier is perfectly suitable to be used for fast removal of water and impurities in fuel oil or light oil which contains large amount of water. It is convenient for movement based on the go-cart model designed. It's easy and simple to move and operate the machine.
