The Advanced Transformer Oil Dehydrator is engineered for high-performance purification and oil refining. It effectively eliminates water, gases, and solid impurities, while also rejuvenating aged oil through chemical-free regeneration processes. Equipped with PLC controls and real-time monitoring, the system ensures consistent oil quality. It's ideal for heavy-duty industrial applications where transformer reliability is critical. Treated oil achieves high breakdown voltage and improved oxidation stability, restoring its insulating and cooling properties.

The REXON ZYD-30 1800LPH Multi-Stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier is designed for high-throughput substation transformer oil maintenance. It combines advanced vacuum degassing towers, fine filtration cartridges, and thermal control for efficient removal of moisture and gas. The result is high-purity oil with BDV >70kV, ensuring prolonged transformer insulation and performance. With automated flow control and temperature regulation, this purifier delivers precise, consistent results in large-scale power networks.

1.Moisture content
After treatment: The moisture content is generally reduced to ≤ 3 ppm, meeting the requirements for the operation of power equipment.
2. Gas content
After treatment: The gas content can be reduced to a minimum, and most of the gas will be extracted after vacuum treatment
3. Solid impurities
After treatment: After filtering through a three-stage stainless steel filter element, solid particles and impurities in the oil can be effectively removed, and the filtration accuracy can reach 1 micron.
4. Dielectric strength
After treatment: After purification, the dielectric strength of the oil is usually greatly improved (depending on the type of oil and treatment conditions).

Application

ZYD series oil purifier is widely used in electric power, transforming electricity industry, metallurgy, chemical engineering, traffic, railway and others. It is designed for the vacuum filter of expensive oil such as fresh oil, imported oil, instrument transformer oil, extra-high tension transformer oil (cover110v, major transformer), and for vacuum oiling, and drying of transformers. This filter can live line work on the spot.

Features

1. Fast water removal, Duplex 3D stereo-evaporation, eliminating moisture and gas contaminants quickly: Advanced dehydrating and degassing system that use large area three-dimension flash distillation technique to remove harmful composition in the oil, such as water, air and gases much quickly and completely so as to get a value of ≤ 3 PPM for moisture, ≤0.1% for gas content.

2. Double stage high vacuum system presentation: Besides vacuum pump, this machine installs Roots Pump vacuum system, which speeds up evacuation to make a High point Vacuum≤5pa, Working vacuum≤35pa.

3. High precise degree for oil filtration: Precise fine filter, multi-stage filtration help remove mechanical impurities, tiny particles in oil completely, high quality filter elements material is of corrosion proof, strong mechanical strength and wear resistance. After purification the filtration precision will get a value of ≤1 micron (no free carbon).
