The machine can go out of the water, gas, impurities and other pollutants in the transformer oil, so that the oil can reach the qualified index and can be used in the transformer. Also it can inject the insulating oil into the transformers on-line. The ZYD system provides regular oil purification such as degassing, drying and particulate removal but also can remove acidity, sludge, other soluble oil decay products and discoloration.

This optimal structure of the dehydration (degas) system enlarge the surface area of oil exposed to the vacuum system and extends the flowing distance of the oil in the vacuum system. Thus there has sufficient time to remove the moisture and gas from the oil by vaporization.
