Preview:
During the use of lubricating oil, foreign matter may be generated due to pressure, friction, environment, etc. These foreign substances act as catalysts to trigger oxidation of the oil to form free oil-insoluble matter, resulting in oil contamination. As the pollution increases, the viscosity and acidity change, the moisture increases, and the color of the oil changes, which in turn causes equipment failure, resulting in the replacement of oil. The residual polluted oil in the equipment circulation system is mixed with the new oil to play the role of oxidation catalysis, which will accelerate the pollution rate of the oil and reduce the use time of the new oil. Therefore, in order to prevent oil contamination and prolong the service life of the oil, it is necessary to quickly remove the pollutants and oxides formed in the oil.

Hydraulic oil vacuum oil filter is widely used in power, metallurgy, machinery, chemical industry, and other industries, and is used for oil maintenance and regeneration of hydraulic systems, lubrication systems, hydraulic machine tools, injection molding machine,s and other equipment.

Main Functions:
I. Remove moisture
The hydraulic oil vacuum filter can effectively remove free water, emulsified water, and dissolved water in the oil through vacuum dehydration technology, preventing moisture from corroding and affecting hydraulic systems and equipment.
II. Remove impurities
The equipment has a built-in multi-stage filtration system, which can effectively filter out solid particle impurities in the oil, prevent hydraulic oil from contaminating equipment components, and extend the service life of the equipment.
III. Remove gas
The vacuum separation device can remove dissolved gas (such as air, carbon dioxide, etc.) in the oil, improve the lubrication performance of the oil, and reduce the risk of cavitation in the system.
V. Improve oil performance
Reduce acidic substances and oxides in the oil, improve the antioxidant capacity and service life of the oil, thereby maintaining the stability of the hydraulic system.
VI. Remove emulsification
For contaminated hydraulic oil, the vacuum filter can eliminate emulsification and restore the oil to clarity and transparency.
