REXON ZYD-30 High Cost Effective Vacuum Insulation Oil Processing Unit Oil Filter Machine can quickly remove water, trace water, gas, particles as well as acetylene, hydrogen, methane and other harmful ingredients from insulating oil effectively to improve oil's dielectric strength to be above 75~80KV. It is suitable for on-site transformer oil purification and oil maintenance for different places.

3. Multi-stage precision filtration system, mesh filtration combined with molecular adsorption technologies
4 Efficient electric heating system: heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.
8. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system to ensure machine operation easy and safely.
6. Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.

This machine also can remove free, soluble water, carbon, free and dissolved gases and particulate matters from insulating oil effectively and rapidly. As the bridge-type vacuum linking system that can filter and be an independent vacuum power supply, this machine can be vacuum treating the electric insulating devices. Series ZYD utilizes coacervation technology, coalescing technology, separating technology and refined purification technology.
