Application:
UCO Processing Machine, Used Cooking Oil Filter for Bio-diesel Raw Material Cleaning Machine can do efficient UCO filtration processing as pre-treatment to improve used cooking oil quality for bio-diesel oil producing. It can largely improve the bio-diesel productivity. This unit is especially applied to remove water, gases and particulates from waste cooking oils, vegetable oils, palm oil, rapeseed oil, sunflower seed oil, olive oil, peanut oil coconut oil, etc, so to purify used cooking oil and improve the oil quality. The COP used cooking oil purifiers are designed for processing oils in workshops or in the field.

1. With the strong ability to filter the impurity, which can filter the particles completely.
2. It has the back flush system, which can clear impurities and clean filters automatically.
3. Advanced dielectric condensation device, which perform good cooling function to the machine. 
4. This machine installs the new pressure protector, which can control the temperature automatically; also it can drain water on line by the water-separator device. So it is easy to control this machine.
5. We adopt the high quality filter materials, which has a good function in anti-corrosive, thermostable, mechanical strength. Especially, the precision of eliminates impurity is high and the service life is long. Also, it has a large volume for storing the impurities.
6. The unique degas and dewater system: Using the Stereo-Evaporation technical, which can separate the water and gas from the oil quickly by the Multi-level water-oil separation technology.
7. It takes safety electric control system which can protect the machine working normally. No matter which part of machine works wrong if, the machine will stop automatically.
8. It uses all stailess steel ball vales, which can protect oil property well during process.
9. The machine takes stainless steel flange for heating system, and it can avoid any bad gas happen into oil during oil process.
10. This machine is 70% automatcal operating by itself, only few operating on electric panel requried to be done by person. It's high tech and mature tech used to achieve half auto industrial operation for the equipment.
11. This machine uses strong powerful big fan for cooling system, which is drived by strong motor.
12. It uses high quality sealing spare parts for all connecting pipes, flanges to perform a better sealing function.
13. This machine is multi-funtional one, which can purify varous industrial oil like used lube oil, engine oil, hydraulic oil, and used cooking oil for biodiesel production.

Advantages:
According cooking oil nature, the used cooking oil/vegetable oil includes high water, more acid matter, much impurities and offensive odor. This UCO filtration system adopts Plate Pressure system can separate the sundry matters and water from the oil quickly, and break the oil emulsification effectively. Then equip with two primaries filter and fine filter, it can remove impurities thoroughly. Next, the machine adopts highly vacuum system to dewater system to dehydrate and deodorize the oil fast. In addition, this machine use stainless steel filter element, it resists the acid in oil strongly. So after the treatment by the machine, the UCO quality will become very good and without such contamination again, which is perfect as raw material to produce biodiesel, or other products like soaps, and so on.
